• Question: what do you believe the future for BDD treatment includes and whether it is possible

      Don’t know much about BDD unfortunately. I expect CBT will continue to be popular – it works with OCD, and the symptoms of BDD are similar.

      This isn’t my area of expertise, but adapted CBT is proving popular in trials just now.

      This is really beyong my expertise, but as Michelle says CBT is a big one at the moment, and reviews of the literature are showing that it’s quite effective against lots of disorders, so I’m guessing that’ll be the immediate answer to the Q…
