Drug dealers will sell you anything – they cant be trusted. Should the softer drugs like marijuana be legalised and regulated then I would be all for it. Alcohol is the worst of the worst, and of course legal – crazy. But people know how many units are in their drinks and how long to wait before driving, etc. Can even work out the calories. Alcohol passes through your system quickly – the same cannot be said for other drugs.

If more people took drugs we might know more about the dangers that we know from smoking, alcohol, etc. But in general terms it appears marijuana is safe for most populations, with recognised health benefits.

There’s a great award-winning podcast out there called Say Why to Drugs – a recommended source for getting facts on drugs.

      It depends on the drug.

I think that both illegal and legal narcotics can be dangerous. But I have different views about different drugs.

Big question! I have friends that do various drugs on nights out, and then others that don’t do any. I think I’d say for those with high potential for addiction and damage to the individual (cocaine, heroin etc) then they should stay very illegal. For others such as marijuana then we should allow sensible consumption.
