      GRATITUDE.

      It is one of the ten positive emotions that form the basis of the game – the others are: hope, serenity, interest, amusement, pride, awe, inspiration, joy and love.

      Gratitude has been found to have particularly strong health benefits, to reflect on what is good in your life, and reflect on it – to be grateful for what you have. That’s why the name of the game singles out this particular emotion. I was thinking of maybe making it ‘GRATTITUDE’ like a combo of gratitude and attitude, but it just looks like I can’t spell!
