I think it’s only hard if you don’t enjoy it. I can’t think of a subject that I found hard if I enjoyed it. So check out what you’ll be studying – if you like it (and don’t mind stats) you’ll love the degree.

The difficulty will depend on your ability and enthusiasm – no matter what you study. I took to it naturally, but struggled a bit when the maths kicked in later on. It can also be frustrating for some people who like ‘correct answers’. In psychology it’s often more about what appears correct at the moment, or even what you can convincingly make a case to be correct.

It can be hard sometimes, but worth it.

To echo everyone else it can be but I think if you enjoy a subject it feels a lot less like hard work.
